Key Accountabilities:

Responsibilities:

▪ Provide all administrative and Business Travel Management support to Facility management (Shared Services)
▪ Create, manage and update all relevant data/information i.e. corporate documents, data records & tracking, and business reports
▪ Coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders in any documentation process
▪ Coordinate with suppliers, vendors to complete the purchasing activities
▪ Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and office management budgets (planning), including cost-effectiveness
▪ Handle expense report/reimbursement of the team and the office management
▪ Coordinate in arranging both internal and external projects/events i.e. building projects, office renovations, or refurbishments
▪ Other ad-hoc assignments

Qualifications:
▪ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration & Management or equivalent
▪ 3-8 years related working experiences in Office and Travel Management and Procurement support
▪ Experiences in Administrative and Facility Management is preferred
▪ An outgoing personality with courteous manners
Good written and spoken communication skills in English
▪ Efficient, well-organized, and fast/active/multi-tasks learner
▪ Ability to work independently yet a good team player
▪ Service mindset and welcome new ideas and digital tools
▪ Good knowledge of MS Office i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other new online tools/applications
