Key Accountabilities:

What you'll do: 

  • Design, implement, and test electrical components on robots such as power management, motor driver, RF module, etc. 
  • Write software on microcontroller or embedded Linux board to control mechatronic systems 
  • Design electronic circuit 
  • Work closely with software and mechanical team 
  • Participate integration test and field test with team 
  • Manage documentation/paperwork proactively. 

Who we are looking for: 

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Electrical engineering, Mechatronic engineering or similar technical 
  • discipline 
  • Good skill of using PCB design software such as Altium-Designer 
  • Good skill of C/C++ programming on microcontroller or embedded Linux board 
  • Good skill of Electronic design such as logic gate, op-amp circuit, filter design, power supply, motor driver 
  • Good understand control algorithm such as PID, Fuzzy logic, Feed forward 
  • Good understand principle of communication system such as modulation, protocol, RF bandwidth, Network and IoT 
  • Understand mathematic equation and has ability to transform into code 
  • Understand the principle of Operation System – OS 
  • Good skill of using light workshop tool 
  • Good skill in soldering and de-soldering component on PCB 
  • Experience minimum 2 years in related field (academic experience such as senior project, robot 
  • competition, research in related field can be counted) 
  • TOEIC score 550 as minimum 

Advantage if you: 

  • Good skill of using electronic simulation software such as PSPICE 
  • Good skill of using MATLAB 
  • Good skill in FPGA design 
  • Good skill in Digital Signal Processing – DSP 
  • Good skill of using electrical measurement tool 
  • Experience in using coding version control tool such as SVN, Github 
  • Experience in mobile robot development such as UAV, ROV, AUV or rescue robot 
  • Understand with any of the following topic: Object recognition, SLAM, 3D reconstruction, machine learning, sensor fusion, motion control and DSP, ROS
